I would like to know if there are any surveys what is to be the optimum number of calls taken per person working in the call center per day?
Does anyone knows?
I hear it is around 80 but I cannot find it anywhere…

that’s a difficult question. Most of your clients will wnat you to devote the appropriate amount of minutes per call to ensure proper Quality service and resolve the callers issue.
Depending on the complexity of the calls beiong handled you may see 5 – 20 calls per hour.
