I used to have a very simple way of calculating Erlang C. No symbols, just a formula that calculated the number of calls per hour, the average delay and spit out the number of agents you need to make that. It was manual.
All I can find now are huge diagrams with symbols and whatnot – does anyone remember the simple calculation, and if so, could you share it with me??
