    Hi,

    Anyone using ErlangXL97 add-in here? I opened the example used in the add-in and i would just like to verify the difference between the usage of terms:

    Service Time
    ASA (Average speed of Ans)
    MaxWait

    Shouldn’t the resulting ASA when computed using the ASA function be equal to the Service Time? And how do we compute for the MaxWait time?
