Calculating Shrinkage

    Can anyone advise how I would calculate a shrinkage factor.

    I have the following information available daily and monhly in hours:

    Holiday
    Sickness
    Personal Time
    Meeting
    Training

    Do I use this information for a daily average or for a month?

    I think that you have use the average of month, but for special days (Day Busiest) I recommend that you study the behavior for this date.
