In what order do you start setting up to start your own call center. I only want to start off with 2 phones maybe three just until I get started.

You need to look at a system that can grow with your company. Also you need to figure out call volume and long distance as well.
it would be an extended helpdesk is that what u want to do, maymeb u’d be gettin stale process
