I need an estimate in opening a call center in africa in 2 weeks time I have the building and abount 40 agents .
To run 40 agents Call center in outbound scenario, you need to setup 20 seater call center and for inbound scenario, you need to setup 36 seater.Better to go for IP based technology for economic investment.
