    Avaya is good for call monitoring but they are getting out of the reporting side of call monitoring

    You can go for ININ, it offers single,all in one platform, standard based and breath of applications.

    it would better if you choose for AVAYA. i’d experience with AVAYA for small call center (less than 10). and it’s work.

    I am looking for call center SOP process. If anyone could help, I really do appreciate due to in Vietnam, call center and contact center is not popular, just start coming to only.
