Hi, we currently have a call center in the U.S. and want to expand the call center to Mexico.
We use Avaya IP office 500.
We want to setup an office in Mexico and have the phones there to be part of our phone system in the US. Ex. We want to be able to dial an extension number and have the phone ring in Mexico.
Voice Quality is very important to us.
Can anyone guide us as to what we need in terms of connectivity and hardware?
