Bandwidth Requirement for a call center

    Hi,

    Could anybody please let me know the bandwidth requirement for a call center? How is it calculated?

    Is a 512 KBPS Internet Leased line enough for 10 seats or should one go for a 1 MBPS Line?

    HI Murad, from my understanding, based on what i’ve heard a 1 MBPS line should suffice 10-15 seats.

    each VOIP vall takes 16K uninterupted minimum
    so calculate ur self.
    best thing is have 2 lines 1 mpbs for any dramas in itnernet lines
