I’m new here and I just want to know your point of view regarding supporting a customer. Do you think voice campaign is effective than chat?

In the past Chat is Effective Bcoz we don require lot of technical Stuff.
For call centers we need some Extra needs in tech.
But now campare with the Chat , Voice is better.
Initial Cost will be High But For Longtime VOICE IS the BEST

It’s Depend upon the specific purpose, in some point’s voice is Better but in both way of communications you are invisible.
