I recently decided to try my luck and apply at this call center called Ascend Asia. I normally don’t like outbound work, but I decided to give it a shot. Anyway, the compensation package comes with 25% night differential and 14th month pay. I like how the offer looks, but I’m not sure I should take it. Any opinions?
