    We are planning to start a small BPO center with 10 systems. We want to know what are the formalities we have to complete.
    Do we require Sales Tax Registration?
    What other formalities need to be completed?
    Are there any minimum wages applicable to data entry typists appointed at call centers?

    Hi Sivaprasad,

    It depends on where are you based or where you are planning to run the call centre from. If its from India all you need to do is register you business with the help of your auditor and then get the osp license and you can get more details on Ministry of company affairs on google search.
