I am thinking about starting a campaign with outbound calling to the US, where the call center agent would ask if the person is interested in a product, and if so, the call center rep would warm transfer the customer to a US based phone number.
I assume the average call length would be around 3-4 minutes.

What is the product? The transfer cost is usually bourne by the call center.
