Kamran, Do you have the feasibility worked out as yet. Are you looking for setting up a call center for your own company or you got this lead generation campaign from some other company? Where do you want to set up the call center? Is there a possibility of outsourcing the campaign you mentioned?
Without details, it would be difficult to suggest anything regarding startup.
