Any call centers for sale

Hello forum,
It looks like we need to start a call center. we already have a software development/technical support center in Kochi, south India. I would like to have it somewhere close for ease of management. Instead of starting from scratch, I am wondering if there are any call centers on the selling block in kerala. If not I am willing to extend it to entire south India. Let me know if are aware of anything on sale. Ideally it should be 20 seater, with or without staff.

Also looking for any local consultants with experience is setting up one from scratch
