Hello,
We are using 3COM’s Call Center eXchange and the music in queue is horrible. I currently have to convert music into 8K 16bit Mono format to work with the eXchange software. The result is poor quality music our customers complain about. Who else is running 3COM eXchange and what solutions are you using for music in queue?
