good communication skills.
Know how to deal with customers.
Paitence in abundance.
Right attitude, mindset and the zeal to go on as in this field you need to constantly keep motivating yourself.

Criteria:
Fluency in English-Communication Skills-Apptitude for marketin or selling the given product over the phone-Accent-knowledge about country, people, traditions and culture-Ability to withstand stress-Ability to work in night shifts.
