Call Verifications

Hey Guys i need your help i am working in a call center where leads are generated and due to a high number of employees we faced alot of issues of fabricating leads and submitting leads which were of no origin. By looking at everything what we have decided is that to create a verifications department with several verifiers who will verify the leads in real time and then the calls will be transferred to the concerned person. I have to make the process and have to manage the verifiers who will be deployed on different campaign’s. How can we make this more efficient.
