    can anyone tell me about how to rate/evaluate a call center agent? i want to know about general skills, parameters to look for, something to use for choosing the right person.

    2.Selling Skill
    3.Agreesive ness(to sell anything)
    4.Polite
    5.Attitude
    6.Flexible with time
