Hi I am sourabh from kolkta & i am very much interested to setup a callcenter (Domestic/International)though i am totally novice to this BPO industry.But i want to know the prerequisites, investments for setting up a call centwer.I also eager to know the difference between inbound and outbound call center.Can anyone guide me in full detail about all the requirements to start a 5/10seater call center initially? hey bro u want to know about inbound & outbound the think is that in inbound u have to take call accourding to u r time. but in outbound u have to cll up the client to get the sale so that u can earn more money.But my suggetion is that better u go for outbound cuz over there u will have blast
