I need to start a outbound call center of maximum 10 seats in Ahemedabad.But i dont know how and what to do. What are the legal aspects and other resources required.I have the client and agreement for long term.Need to start asap.So anyone can help?
You have two options in which
you can buy the dialer (best)
hire the dialer.
This is the best and the economical solution for a person to start the call center.
I am not recomending for the hosted solution because it will be expensive and there is no data security and no control over the dialer.
