Hi
I am looking for an easy visual to display the importance of non adherence, sick leave etc on the call centre. I have been using an excel s/sheet with erlang calc with conditional formatting highlighting when behaviours can cause a shortfall in resource. I would like to use something simpler and have been advised of the existence of a simple presentation which can be shown to advisors? Can anyone help?
