Hi All,
I’m Looking for an erlang calculator which takes multi skills into account for agents working different queues.
For the moment I’m working with an excell sheet thatI modified myself but this doesn’t compute the correct info 🙁

I found this white paper extremely useful for this issue:

I am yet to see a tool that can do that; though it will be great to have that.
