people i am really very much impressed by ceeing this forum and much more imperesed by ceeing thats how people are inclined to open up the call centers in pakistan .
besides i am also a part of these people,because i am also planing to open up a call center in lahore i would be very much oblidged if some one amongst can tell me that how much the distance frm a telephone exchange matter ?
and another issue i want to issue i want to araise is and as well its my request that people all over pakistan make a call centers unnion as the unnions are in other businesses .
so that we can get togather under one plat form .
aaarranges meetings,as u all know that itz an up comming business in pakistan so its batter to be prepared b4 any …..because as u all know when much people rush insome business a competition develops and where there is a competition people negotiate on rates much …..
soo itz my request
a) dun lose the quality service providing
b)and dun compromise on rates
people who are agree wid me can reply me on this forum and inshalah i would be the regullar reader now

its your linguistic capabilities that has made me reply back…you need to lay-off the american slang english…it does not make your COOL & ACCEPTABLE…it may make the clients run away though
that is not the picture we would like to paint for pakistani call centers
you need to use proper simple english…trying to sound american cant get you business…being yourself may convince others to give you a try
