IPLC setup in New Delhi

    Just wondering if anyone can give me a rough estimate on how much it will cost to setup an outbound only call centre in Noida (near New Delhi) with 120 seats. This needs to be with an IPLC link between Noida and Melbourne, Australia.

    1)
    An IPLC link cost 1 million (10 lakh indian rupee)for a 2 mb(e1)circuit.

    2) Agent salary per month per agent approx-
    350 Australian dollars

    approx 10 agents- 3500

    3) Team Leader–1000 Aust Dollars

    4) infrastucture

    one pc – 1k A.D.

    5) space- 10000 Aust Dollar/m

    total monthly expenditure for a 10 member team with one TL:–
    15k/m Aust dollar
