this is Ali Razvi from India.I work in software compay in Bangkok Thailand.Our company is basically into web solutions,data solutions and IT training since last 11years and we r doin quite well.We now plan to set up a voice based as well as web based call center in Thailand and India.but i guess we have very little information about how to begin.I would like to have the complete details about how to start a call center,wht r the things required wht r the legal farmalities,etc…!
