Thank you very much for your guidance. I have two more questions.
1. According to u cost of 2Mbps dedicated line is $8,500 per month, but PTCL website is suggesting a price of $6,500 for call centers. Has the price increased.
2. I was basing my calculations for 300 seat call center on basis of 8kbits/sec call. As the new quintum packet saver Voip technology promisses that it can give G.729 voice quality at 8kbits/sec. I know that what is written by these companies is not always true and a realistic figure might be 10kbits/sec.
Any comments on this.

which is this voip company you are talking about ,you meant ot sya that they need 8kbps/sec for one line ,is this you are saying ,its unrealistic then .
can you tell me the company name .
