Thanks for opening my post. I need your advise as to how do i start my own small scale bpo. What are all the requirements, rules & regualtions etc.
I would appreciate i you can give me some idea as to how to begin with.balbir
what exactly information you need ,
well the rules and regulation you need to check with your government organization.
and what requirement are you seeking ,technically you need computers with bandwidth and a voip provider (a dialer through which you will be dialing ).

Can you put some light as to how to get a client? THats a big thing ….first…computers can be purchased ..i’m concerned abt the client..So please help me on this if you can..

Selecting a process which is comfortable for you, or you know.
and after that Comes fixing a target for how many people/setter you can handle.
After this you can approach some experienced person to conduct the show.
