    By a manual dialer you mean an IP phone that you can use to make phone calls. There are a lot of providers. Some good ones are superphoneunlimited.com and voixs.com

    Dear Arsalaan,

    You can use http://www.ip-pabx.com now for call center purpose, the rate on it is flat per month for 2000 mins and then per min charge of 2.9 cent

    But you get call recording, ivr and other features on it

    try the site and use user name demo passwd 123456
