We are in the process of establishing a 100 seater cc with an unutilised capacity upto 250 seats within 2 months. We are getting small time project initially but not enough to roll the ball for a longer period.
What I would like to know is that how should we establish ourselves in this market and whether we should have a sales team in US/UK?

We sell most our mobile phones, residential landlines and b2b landlines via Indian call centres (to the UK)
We’re looking for more Indian call centres and centres in other territories
We’re also looking for campaign managers to manage the centres for us
