    For an induction program for the beginers my client wants a lot of technical issues to be included in the module besides the usual soft skills and operational issues.
    Could any one suggest a way to make these technical learnings interesting enough and fun for the young people to grasp and retain?

    Will really appreciate any ideas and help on this!
