Team Challenges

    Hi

    I’m trying to come up with ideas for call centre team challenges.

    What I mean is fun challenges that promote competition within teams of the call centre and also increases team spirit.

    Where I am struggling is ideas for themes of what to have. One idea was to have a map of the world and each team starts off at one point and then they build up points for different tasks for their team.

    Has anyone got any ideas?

    Hi Richard,

    I dont know if this is what you are looking for, but might help.

    1. You can give names to each team with their subtitles and then let there be a formidable competition against each other. You can award the winner team with things like movie tickets!!

    2. The above can also be done with a little variation, where within a team you club agents, say 2 agents together and then let them compete with the others.

    3. Team Dressing also a kind of motivation.

    4. Group people into teams, give them a presentation topic and see who performs better.

    Most of all its how you infuse the team spirit in them. The team needs to realise the importance of achieving goals, working together.
