I am willing to start a spoken english center in Pune (PCMC area). Please suggest what quality services a student expects from such centres and how will be the response. I Have a good faculty who has cleared IELTS course with excellant score.
hi vinay, this is an excellent idea!
i am sure it would be a good business proposition.
in the training you should have a more practical approach, with a lot of interaction and fun. you could have role plays, group duscussions, public speaking etc.
the students needs and expectations vary, so try to satisy them. you could tie up with some domestic call centers and other COs. for placements. you could give them some certification, which is not very imp. but some ppl may like that idea.
i’ll try to give you some more ideas.
