I have been trying to get information on the Labor Laws applicable for Call Center work force, for every position, may that be The COO, Manager Ops…….or the CSR, the most important is the CSR Labor Laws.
Can any one guide me or help me with this?
Further more, is deducting financial penalities from the basic salary allowed as per the Labor Law/Labor Law of Pakistan?
