Telephone Call Management Software

    I have a Panasonic KXTD 1232 PBX which I plane to use in a call center where customers will make local and international calls using extensions connected to the PBX. What I need now is a call management software that will do the following. 1. Make calls using a PC connected to the PBX and transfer them to the extension for the customer.
    2. to be able to limit the duration of a call so if a customer has paid for 10mins his call will automatically disconnect after 10mins.
    3. To be able to log all calls made.

    Could anyone please assist me if they have any information on where I can access this peice of software that will be compatible with my KXTD 1232 PBX?
