    Interestred in opening a call center in jordan or egypt… Any input would be apreciated…

    hi wade,
    i’m a jordanian working in dubai, i worked in dubai media city biggest call centre, and for now i’m working in a bank call center, i movied from an agent level to a team leader level for now !
    basically myself i thought about starting a private call center in jordan as a family business cause back there in jordan there are only a few call centers, fastlink call center, mobilcom call center and both of them are belong to the two major cell phone service providors, no private call centers.

    i would highly recommend it, cause back in jordan people will accept the idea.
