Call Center Scenarios Required

I am doing my final project of my masters “Design and implementation of a call center” all the requiremetns of my project are done, however it lacks one thing and that is practical scenarios, i could find only one accordking to my requirement, if any one has a scenario id be very grateful if they can send it to me. if any one want a soft copy of the project once its finished they can mail me on dawood.qaseem@gmail.com

requirment: problem or requirements, Proposed solution, technology options and the one used, diagrams and figures, scalabilty options and features, future prospects etc.
