Why have a call center when ……..

    I don’t think call centers will be around any more because of a new chat service provided on websites.
    all the info is take down by a person through chat on a website and then processed leading to generation leads. webgreeter is one of the most skilled companies in this area. More and more people are using live support, live greeter on there website, and the best thing about it all is that they great for free. So this may lead to a down fall to the call center business .

    There are many areas where web can not replace VOICE calls. Telephone,SMS Call/Suppport Centers are needed.

    1. Web is a place to seek data, post data, exchange mails, seek info and a lot more.

    2. Written matter is always better communication and people, agencies abide by them.

    3. Web offers a good platform and load on the call centers will go down. The need will be for contact centers.
