Due to the volume of the calls which are now coming into our organisation, we are considering the option of a dedicated Call Cenrtre to Manage this. At present we have “normal” phones. If we moved to a contact centre environment, is there any legislation on whether we need “headsets” – i.e. the callmaster turrets?

Why you are not move in Pakistan, most of the call center companies are reliable.
Specially in Call center Hardware and Software they are doing Pretty good and maintained quality.
