I am looking forward for technical supporton setting up a International callcenter in delhi with 300 seats immediately and 1000 seats in 6 months time.
Pease come forward with tech proposals and vendors for setting up the same in VOIP.
There is two tech proposal you can go for .One is Cisco complete solution or Nortel complete solution.And then we have to decide on CRM like Concerto,Melita.Everything is depend on type of callcenter you will be having (Like Inbound/Outbound) and capabilities you are looking for .ALso solution also evolve with cost.Please let me know hoe can I post tech proposal out on the list?
