My wife is currently considering an offer to relocate and run a technical call center for a software company in Bangalore.
Any idea what a reasonable salary in INR would be for this type of position? A range would be most helpful.

Your message does not give a clear picture about the kind of responsibilities that your wife is likely to handle. however, for your information, a manager get a salary of 6 to 10lakh per annum.
