My company is interested in starting a call center in Lahore. Now while going through the process of selecting the best hardware, someone suggested Cisco3640 with NMV cards. Can anyone suggest if its any good?
The basic operation for the call center will be inbound calls from US or UK, but there will also be a few outbound calls. Any suggestion about hardware to start it with 8 to 12 seats. Also can you suggest any VoIP carrier for UK and US?
