    Our experience in using FIVE9 has been very good. It has a PD, IVR, CTI etc etc all on a rental model. The PD works very well even with a low number of seats.

The best thing for you is to visit http://www.pakistancallcenters.com and read an article “how to set up and operate successfully a call center in Pakistan” also see a detailed feasibility report in http://www.pseb.org.pk

    Hello,

    I appricite you all showing keen interest in opening a call center. My opinion through my experiance will be to lease facility in any call center till you are sure you have enough resources in hand to effectively launch a call center on your own. Leasing a facility will allow you ample time to understand the required infrastructure and operating requirements. I this sounds like a good idea. I will get back to you as soon as i can. Cheers!

    hi im looken to set up agents in karachi pakistan for telemarketing for company based in usa.what will be the best and less expensive way to do it, i hear Vonage can do the job but voice Quilty is poor wat are the other opeon besides that, our company is very small and looken in to come close to small business marketting if not beat them atleast see them close,if someone can please give me a little information about easy Cheap way to get in it
