I appricite you all showing keen interest in opening a call center. My opinion through my experiance will be to lease facility in any call center till you are sure you have enough resources in hand to effectively launch a call center on your own. Leasing a facility will allow you ample time to understand the required infrastructure and operating requirements. I this sounds like a good idea. I will get back to you as soon as i can. Cheers!
