Starting a small call center in utah

    I have been working for different call centers for over 13 years. I know a lot of what it takes to run the call centers. I have been looking into starting my own call center. I am going to buy an auto dialer so I can start a “small” call center. But I don’t know were (or how) to look for businesses to do work for. Anyone have ideas on how I can find businesses to do their inbound or outbound work?

    Tom,

    Have you considered Medical Transcripition (MT) business. All you would need is good bandwidth, some MT related equipments and agents who can type fast and accurately. Find some local doctors who are willing to outsource their services to you and you can get the ball rolling.

    We train agents, team leaders, managers for call / contact center.Also we have identified good leard for out bound and in bound call center projects.Also in the existing call centers there is spare capacity.

    May be we can work together.
