    I am planning to open a call center in lahore , Pakistan . And want to know the cost to open a 10 seater.If any one can guide me with the equipments and their prices that would be really great.

    Why u r planning only in Lahore. Why not in Islamabad.
    Check the prices from all the solution provider and then decide wt to do.

    Our company is planning to open a call center in Lahore. Since i m new to this business so i want to acquaint myself with the technical terminonlogies like DXX, PRI etc. Is there any good website to introduce a call center concept and its costing, macheinery requirements and its suppliers as well.
