Call Centers req. for redundancy

Hi All,

For a specific client I am looking for an arrangement with an existing call center to act as a backup to our center in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We require 24X7X365 backup for 24 seats. Our worst case analysis is around 50% down time and optimum is 97.5%

If anyone is interested then let me know. Ideally a center in SriLanka or India for timing purposes.
