Want to open up a call center

Hi,

I was in US for like 4 years and have recently shifted to India. I am planning to open up a call center in Chennai/Bangalore but I need information like:
(1) How much investment is needed
(2) Where can I get the order
(3) What tools/software do I need to run a call center.

I am sure the above questions might just be dumb but answers to it would be highly appreciated.
