i have been given the responsibility of starting a call centre for my company in dubai. two questions:
where can i find all the neccessary material to help me start this . soup to nuts
If you are looking at a basic call centre then all you would need in terms of equipment are business telephones with the capability to monitor phone calls (so that supervisor can listen in on calls).
Are you lookign at a computerised system?? If so then contact your business communications dealers.
