require predictive dialer

We are looking for a lower end predictive dialer. We are looking for a dialer to accommodate

between 4-8 agents and using 6-10 phone lines. There is only one extra feature that a Predictive

Dialer may have that we are concerned with. The feature is that when it hits a voice mail

box/answering machine it is able to detect the same and leave an automated message. however this

feature is not a must.
