I want to outsource 2 outbound campaigns

I want to outsource two campaigns the first is upgrading existing customers mobile phones/selling mobile phones to new customers in the UK and the second campaign is lead generation of people in the UK who have had an accident or injury within the last 3 years and who have not claimed compensation for there injuries yet
